Ⅰ. Automatic tidying and feeding drum, accelerates conveying speed.

Ⅱ. Put same specification drums at the appointed place, manipulator will catch one for one time to put it on the conveyor, then it is conveyed to filling position. When sensor checks drum, the machine will fill drum automatically as the set program. Whole process are very quickly, no waste and pollution. Filled drums are conveyed to next position.

Ⅲ. Automatic tidying and feeding cap, capping one by one. Filled drums are conveyed to tidy cap position, manipulator catches one cap per time and puts it on the drum, after that, automatic capper caps, then the process finished.

Ⅳ. Automatic stacking After capping, the drum is conveyed to stacking position. Stacking manipulator absorbs the drum and puts it on the pallet, when the stacked drums are up to set value, manipulator takes finished pallet to named place.
